We
were invited to join in an investigation at this location
as some strange things had been happening and the people
who work there decided it was time to get to the bottom
of it.
When we arrived we were met by the workers and two mediums.
We went around the area and took background temperature
and EMF readings and then started to place our equipment
around the various parts of the building. At about 10pm
we all walked around the different areas seeing if any
spirits were with us. The mediums were picking up on
some energies, particularly in the gents toilet, where
strangely enough one of the women started to get dizzy
and nauseous and had to come out and sit down, also
to note is that Boo`s K2 EMF meter had 3 peaks at around
that time. Tony and Ant picked up on a little girl of
about seven. Lynne also picked up on a very strong energy
of a woman trying to fight her way out of the door in
the gents toilet. At 11pm the mediums started the séance
and this was filmed by Ant and covered by voice recorders
situated around the room. Mark, Lynne, Boo and Mike
took two of the workers on a call out in the cells whilst
this went on, but nothing was heard, felt or witnessed.
After the séance had finished and just about
everyone had gone, several of the participants spent
five minutes alone in one of the cells but nobody reported
anything unusual.
Unfortunately we did not capture many EVPs, as a lot
we had to rule out in case they were any of the participant's
voices.
We have been invited back to carry out a controlled
investigation in the next few weeks and will report
our findings then.
